Do you wear knickers under a leotard?
My girls have been doing gymnastics for a while...
I hadn't thought about it at all until I discovered the other day that one of them wear her knickers under her leotard and the other doesn't - what is the 'correct' thing to do? Is it like a swimsuit and you dont wear any, or would most gymnasts put them on? thanks!!
as a gymnast for 4 years, no you dont. especially not for competitions. however some do for practice, especially if you wear shorts over the top. are they in competition? if they are young and just taking lessons then whatever they prefer. but normally, no you do not.
